1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

-Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

-Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

-During festive seasons or sale events, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post depending on your location.

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

-Delivery location

-Selected shipping speed

Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹500.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

-Tracking number

-Courier partner details

-A link to track your order in real-time

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or other reasons:

-The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

-After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

-We will contact you to re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund (excluding original shipping cost).

Incorrect/Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for the correct details and re-ship the order (additional charges may apply).

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at taashitoys@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier partner and keep you updated.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete physical address for delivery.
